[Russell was vague in talking about it earlier, but it sounds like he and the doctor were able to meet in their dreams! Didn't some people mention something smiliar happening here in Ellipsa? Given that the boy had to fight monsters in the dream world, but also befriended some, she can only wonder what the purpose behind it was.]
