Introduction
Welcome one and all toooooo the Titanic Dome!

This year's arts festival is a lot more ambitious than last year's, what with its giant venue that can house most of Ellipsa's population! Just like last year's, it is a festival by otherworlders for otherworlders, but it's definitely garnered a lot of attention that locals have come, too.

Despite it being a venue for fighting and combat and whatnot, the hallways that line the arenas are definitely prime areas for putting up booths and exhibits. Of course, the won't just be used for fighting this time around, too! It's definitely a creative way of using the venue. Granted, it's a little farther from the city as people do have to teleport to access the area, but what's a little adventure? Everyone is guaranteed safety here despite it being in the middle of two segments as there's security around, so even civilians and those local to Ellipsa have come to enjoy the festivities.

Everyone who participates is given a nice paper arm band like what people are made to put on in amusement parks. The bands aren't something everyone is required to wear, at least, and they can even stop by the booth nearby and decorate their arm bands! Show your support of your favourite fighter, or maybe you're a fan of one of the performers? Either way, it's definitely a good way to show you're on someone's side!

Food, Talents, and Exhibits
🎵 As otherworlders enter the dome, they'll be greeted with the sights of various booths and aromas of the bustling food stalls, some run by familiar faces you might know. Ayaka and Yoimiya have made sure there's plenty of food for visitors to eat while they walk around and partake in the festivities. From barbeque burgers and hotdogs to taco stands, to dumplings of all varieties, never-ending desserts and drinks, a plethora of goodies await those who are hungry. There's even a ramen food truck and for the more brave souls who wish to take on a challenge, featured on the menu is an appropriately named, devil's ramen. Nearby is a taiyaki ice cream stand for those who need to cool off their scorched tongues.

One of the main attractions is the talent showcased by the otherwordlers themselves. Strewn across the park are various stalls and art exhibits. A blacksmith booth with samples and sketches of all sorts of weapons is run by Jean. Works of art from Mary, Tau, Albedo, Kaeya, Jinhai, Rapunzel, and dioramas from Caster are featured. There are also other fun stalls such as magical face painting from Jinhai, and a crafts booth run by Rapunzel who is also giving out complimentary cupcakes. (While supplies last!) Come visit and have a chat with everyone while you admire their works if they happen to be around.

Inside the arena proper sits a dazzling stage stage for everyone to come watch the talents. Like last year, Ren Jinguji takes on the role of host, introducing everyone, hosting games, and even performing himself! All of the performers are stars in their own rights, showcasing their singing, acting, dancing, and instrumental capabilities. Pull up a chair or blanket, and come watch some showstopping performances! Everyone has worked so hard to make this a fun, joyous occasion.

Talent scouts, as well as other professionals native to Ellipsa, are present during the festival, as well. Any performers, if they do well? May end up being approached by these people at some point, and be given an opportunity to go big in the future!

Tournament
The schedule of festivities can be found via pamphlets and in various social media platforms. There are also screens around the dome that show what event is happening now and what event will happen soon!

The Flower Cup games all happen at the start of the tournament, on the first day. Each game is done one after the other, where contestants either line up on stage for the push-ups contest or down on the ground of the arena itself for the animal transformation race. These games serve as a warm-up for the audience to get their blood pumping and for their competitive spirits to light up!

After that, some talents are asked to come up on stage, whether it's a group acting a lighthearted romcom, playing the lyre, singing songs, or performing a "magic" show! Entertainment is at is finest–where so many forms of art come together to make people happy and inspire them. And after half of the talents that have signed up perform, Ren gets back on stage to announce that the Tournament is about to begin!

It's the Seasons Cup first before the Rainbow Cup, and it's towards nighttime that the Rainbow Cup actually happens. What's more, only the eliminations happen on the first day, creating so much hype and suspense for the following day.

Because of how big the tournament has become, many locals have even formed fanclubs of the participants. It hasn't even been a couple of hours, and there are already all kinds of merch of the participants that can be found in the various booths around the dome! Is that a body pillow cover of Hijikata?! Wait- is that E'kayan's face on a mug? Hang on! There are posters of Minato already?! People sure do work fast… There are even a bunch of very muscular men in speedos jogging around the arena come nighttime, all cheering for their Lovely Miss Yoimiya! People are going crazy for just about everybody who's come up on to fight, that much is for certain!

Come the second day of the festival though, more talents take the stage once more, some with their guitar, some with just their own equipment to sing and dance, and some to even eat a giant chicken! There are so many more acts prepared for the second day and everyone is hype for it! But what is more hype is the grand finale for the Seasons Cup and the Rainbow Cup.

Someone might have even rented a blimp just to drive a message by to cheer for Tartaglia! And let's not forget the one fan who's been distributing free bananas as a tribute to MK for the finals…

Of course, the participants do! Not! Disappoint! From day one until the last day of the festival, everyone has fought so well and has displayed so much showmanship. Right before dinner time, Ayaka comes on stage for the first time, introduces herself, and awards the champions and runner-ups with their trophy and a flower crown to wear. Prize money are credited to their accounts by the end of the week.

Before anyone can go, though…? There's still the closing ceremony to spectate!

Festival End
In Naganohara Yoimiya fashion, a festival is never complete without a barrage of fireworks. Together with Tartaglia, the two have prepared a dazzling light show to close off the festival with a bang. A series of fireworks representing each of the seasons start things off, pink sakura petals for spring, yellow suns for summer, red maple leaves for autumn, and blue snowflakes for winter. Next, star shaped meteors blitz across the sky, a representation of the otherwordlers who came from distant worlds. And last but certainly not least, the couple finishes off the show with a swarm of their signature mini goldfish and narwhals that swim around in the sky together until they explode into a beautiful array of orange and blue. Another exciting year for the Arts Festival has come to pass, one that is sure to be filled with fun memories.

Now that festivities have shimmered down, the organisers begin the clean up and the stall owners make their preparations to go home and close up. If you have some time to spare, feel free to lend a hand. The dome is still open to those who just want to wind down for the evening, various tables and chairs around the corridors for resting.

[ Another sweet kiss acquired! Yoimiya might have lost her match but she feels like a big-time winner with all the love and affection Ajax showers her with. She takes his hand, lacing their fingers together as they wade through the crowds of people. ]

[ ... Questionable merch, aside.

As they walk together, Yoimiya gives his hand a gentle squeeze. ]

And while we have fun, there's something I'd like to talk to you about. It's... about what I saw in your match.

[As he looks around the festival for more safe booths to visit, her question draws his attention to the elephant in the room here. Given what she knows about him so far, he's pretty sure she can make some inferences about what she saw out there, but he only smiles like it's not a big deal.]

I'm guessing you're talking about my transformation during the fight, right?

[He's going to assume she wasn't mad at him for not telling her about it, he's sure she wouldn't be so bubbly otherwise if it were a problem. But he's more than aware that it's not like everyone in Teyvat can turn into what's akin to a monster from the Abyss, so he can't really blame her for wanting to at least talk about it.]

[ She peers up at him with a soft nod of her head. There's a lot going on in her mind about what happened during the fight, a lot of questions that she needs to sort through before voicing them. At this point in their relationship, she's come to accept there are some things he isn't comfortable sharing with her just yet, so she isn't mad at him. ]

That's right.

[ Silence fills the air for a brief moment. It's strange, although she's the one who brought it up, Yoimiya isn't quite sure where to begin. ]

Would you... feel comfortable telling me what that was all about?

Of course.

[He's thankful this is going to be a lot easier to explain to her, and that nothing he'll probably say from here will be too big of a surprise.]

It's called the Foul Legacy Transformation...it was one of the techniques I learned during my time in the Abyss. Master Skirk taught that to me when she taught me most of my fighting techniques. It's hard on my body, so I don't tend to use it save for critical situations.

[He squeezes her hand back now in reassurance, because he doesn't want her to worry too much. He can handle himself.]

It becomes easier to use the stronger I get...so don't worry. You know I'm always trying to test my limits and push myself towards farther horizons. I learn just how far I've come every time I use it.

[ Grateful that he's comfortable enough to share this with her, Yoimiya listens in rapt attention to everything he tells her. Although not too surprising given what she's learned about him, it's still quite surprising he has a technique that allows him to transform into a being almost unrecognizable. And the most worrying part of it all, it takes a toll on his body.

It's like Ajax can read her mind when she feels the gentle squeeze of his hand. He's so in tune with her thoughts that it's also not surprising he's able to pick up her worry. Since it's the love of her life, Yoimiya can't say she won't ever be worried but she knows he's more than capable of handling himself. ]

I'll try not to. If there's anyone who has the power to go above and beyond his limits, it's you. Just... don't push yourself too hard, okay? You have a family and girlfriend that love you very much.

[ She smiles at him, soft and warm with an edge of reassurance. Since it's Ajax, everything will be fine. He's not going to die when there's so many battles for him to fight, so many goals to accomplish, and of course, his loved ones waiting for him. ]

Foul Legacy, huh? The competition must have been quite fierce if you had to use it.

[The soft expression gets returned with one of his own, his eyes softening at her words and his chest buzzing with warm feelings of love- yet, at the same time, he can't promise her he won't push himself to his very limits and even beyond that. He'll do his best not to die, that much he can say, but...]

Yeah, I had a feeling I was going to have to use it at least once, [he says as he smiles and leans against her playfully,] probably twice with who I'm going up against in the next round. I'm a little disappointed only four of us signed up for this, but at least that's enough to have a bracket.

[He grins regardless, he had a lot of fun during his last match and it shows. Guy is living his best life right now, even if his body is sore all over and he'll definitely need to get some good rest before the finals the next day.]

[ That's the grin of a guy who is having the time of his life. Even though she can't stop herself from feeling worried, so long as Ajax is living his best life, she's going to support him all the way. ]

Me too, I was hoping for a slew of people to sign up. It would have been exciting to see more fighters from all across the universe face off against each other. But I'm glad we were able to get enough people to have a tournament.

[ She places her other hand against the side of his biceps to gently stroke his arm to give him a well-earned massage. ]

How are you feeling? If you're sore, I'll be sure to take care of you when we get home.

Well, I am a little sore.

[Tartaglia, a man who can weaponize his puppy eyes like a professional, turns them on her now like he'll need some kind of nice bath when they get home. He would like to hog as much attention from her as he possibly can, but of course he knows she had her own battle to fight today so he'll have to return the favor for her when they get there ☆ ～('▽^人)]

And I definitely wouldn't mind a little pampering. If you're feeling up to it, of course. You didn't have an easy match either.

[Which, in his opinion, is his cue to spoil her here at the festival before they head home for the day. She deserves to have a little fun and relaxation after a hard-fought battle, coupled with a good massage when they get back.]

So why don't you let me show you a good time before we go? We can't let our battles get in the way of the wonderful festival Ayaka's thrown.

[ If looks could make her melt, then Ajax's big blue puppy dog eyes have the power to turn her into a mushy Yoimiya puddle. So cute... all it takes is for him to mention he's a little sore and she's ready to treat him like a king. Oh, how she can't wait to see that precious face of his when he relaxes in the tub, it will be her reward after today's match. ]

Of course, you deserve it after your tremendous victory! Pampering you is a treat for me as well. I'll break out a muscle relaxing bath salt and give you a nice massage when we get home.

[ She is already making plans to spoil him senseless as soon as they're back home and knowing her sweet, considerate Ajax, he's going to return the favor tenfold. For the time being, she lights up at his suggestion, her gold eyes shimmer and sparkle with excitement at the prospect of enjoying the festivities with him. ]

Yes! We gotta enjoy Ayaka's festival to the fullest. [ She beams and interlocks their fingers together, raring to go. ] I've been itching to have you all to myself here at the festival, hehe. Since we worked off a sweat, would you like to grab a bite to eat while we walk around?

[Sounds to him like everything's already all nice and set up for their return home, so his fingers meet and twine around hers in unison as they begin to make their way through the festival in search of a snack to have while they explore a bit more. With one small exception, the day has been perfect so far and he's looking forward to spending the rest of it with her.]

Well, since I'm all yours for the rest of the day, getting a small bite to eat while we enjoy ourselves doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I saw a stand earlier today that was selling pasties with all sorts of different fillings.

[He starts to steer her in that direction, because there's plenty of food stalls anyway even if she doesn't want that. What he doesn't realize that on the way is a few dangerous stalls that catch the eye easily...]

Want to try them? I've never had one, but from what I know about them, they're similar to pirozhki, except much larger and with different things to stuff it with.

[ Pasties... she's never had that before and it sounds tasty, especially if it's similar to pirozhki, and oh boy has Ajax gotten her to love pirozhki. ]

I'd love to! It will be fun to try them together with you and see how different the fillings are compared to pirozhki.

[ With an eager belly read to be fed, she's happy to be lead by him as she gets in a good whiff of the tantalizing smells of food stalls in the vicinity. They really didn't skimp out on the food, there's so much to choose from. She glances around in awe, licking her lips and trying her best not to drool.

Okay maybe there is a little bit of drool. Just a bit. Focus, Yoimiya, focus! Don't get too full before you devour the pasties. Her eyes shift over at the general direction Ajax is steering her to and from a distance, she thinks she sees the stall he's talking about. ]

Is that pasty stand over there?

[When he looks down at her for a moment, he swears on his life that her mouth is hanging slightly ajar and there's a pool of drool starting to form inside of it.

He lightly reaches across and presses lightly against the bottom of her chin to close her mouth...]

Indeed. Now, swallow...

[No drooling on herself on his watch. Tartaglia can't help but chuckle a little at her...what a Yoimiya thing to do.

He'll lead her right towards the pasty stand, so she can get a good look at their menu and order whatever she likes. Lots of different kinds of pasties are on the menu along with any drinks they might want. He's got a good idea of what he wants already, but he'll let her order first and watch out for that drool again.]

[ Swallow? Oh...! Yoimiya was so consumed by hunger she hadn't realized her mouth was agape with drool threatening to spill out. She beams at him in appreciation, happy to see that he will always have her back... even if there's drool involved.

She excitedly follows him to the pasty stall and immediately scans through the menu plastered on the card. As they're entering, another couple exits with their bountiful order, the smell immediately hits Yoimiya's nose, reminding her that she's a very hungry girl. But before she gets distracted— ]

Oh, everything sounds so delicious, it's hard to choose. I think I'll order the spicy traditional and a pineapple soda.

[ The stand owner nods and turns to Ajax to get his order. While they are talking, she shifts her gaze over to the same couple who are now eating their pasties. It's yet to dawn on her how weird she looks staring at them smacking her lips, jaw hanging open with more drool. Maybe she's been around her drooly boyfriend way too much. ]

The same, please.

[He'd already decided on a spicy traditional but pineapple soda isn't something he's had before, so why not? He waits patiently for their order to be prepared, grabbing their drinks out of the cooler next to the register before he catches his girlfriend staring at some strangers who already have their food. Ajax lightly bumps himself into her side to get her attention.

Girl, you're drooling again...]

Hungry?

[He gives her a knowing look- caught in 4K, Yoimiya!]

The playful jab to her side draws out an airy giggle out of her. Probably should wipe away the drool before the couple gives her a strange look and she does so, by wiping her lips with the back of her hand. Bless her boyfriend for saving her from looking like a drooly monster. ]

Hehe, you caught me!

[ Nothing gets past the Eleventh Harbinger of the Fatui, especially his girlfriend's growling tummy. ]

I haven't eaten much since breakfast this morning. Between the running around and the tournament, I got so excited and kinda forgot.

[ And now her stomach is angry at her, yelling at her to sink her teeth into a good meal. ]

[Tartaglia glances down at her with a smirk that says that he sure did catch her. But at the same time, he just chuckles and hands her the soda bottle he's just retrieved, while cracking open his own.]

Good thing I'm here to make sure you eat, [he chides her lightly.

But he's also really not surprised- she's got a lot going on here at the festival, but he also doesn't want his hardworking Yoimiya to work herself too hard.]

A warrior should never let themselves get so worn down that their stomach makes noises like that, haha. Come on, let's see if our food is done yet before those innocent bystanders think you're about to come over and eat their own lunch in front of their eyes.

[He lightly tugs on her arm to turn back towards the counter so they can wait for their own food, which is almost done anyway. It's being wrapped up as they speak.]

[ The light chiding is deserved and now, her belly is paying for that mistake. But listening to him call her a warrior, Yoimiya can't help but be amused by his wording. It's as if she's a loyal subordinate to her beloved Harbinger. ]

Sir, yes, sir!

[ With an extra emphasis on sir because in her mind, he is an absolute 10/10 sir. She playfully salutes him, merrily giggling as she happily takes the proffered drink. ]

You're right, I should have been eating at least some snacks on the side but I got swept up in all of the excitement. I'll be sure to make it up to my tummy by gorging out to my heart's content.

[ No doubt she'll be craving some dessert even after eating these giant pasties! Yoimiya is quick to follow him, enticed by the delicious aroma pouring out of the stall. While their meal is being wrapped up, she opens up the bottle of soda to take a quick swig. This is her first time trying pineapple soda and she's already enamored with the flavor, it tastes just like the fruit. ]

Oh, this is really good! It's got the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

[Goodness, her saluting him like that...

Though his expression changes to that of being exasperated, he still smiles despite it. She doesn't need to call him sir or salute him, she's not Fatui, plus he knows she's being a little dirty about it on top of it. But it's still cute, and she's cute, so she's always going to be forgiven no matter what she does. Unfair in all ways!

Sighing, he retrieves their food from the counter, turning around with the food in his hands as she's drinking her soda.]

Good, now I can't wait to try mine. Here, [he says as he hands her her pasty,] don't gorge yourself so much that you get sick, hahaha...

[Now he's imagining her eating it as fast as she can and regretting it immediately afterwards. Note to self- don't challenge her to an eating contest now, it probably won't end well.]

Or else I'll have to carry you over my shoulder back home. That won't be a comfortable ride.

[ His exasperated expression completely flies over her head because the long-awaited pasty is finally in her hands. She wastes no time as she excitedly unwraps the paper to unveil that scrumptious golden pie. It smells and looks so good, she's practically beside herself with joy as she holds it in her hands like a treasure.

Now it's her turn to give her boyfriend a look. Carrying her over his shoulder like a potato sack... wow! Does he seriously not trust her stomach that much??? THE BETRAYAL. ]

Hey! At least give me the princess treatment and carry me in your arms.

[ But no matter, IT'S CHOW TIME! And Yoimiya can no longer hold herself back. She munches down like a happy little hamster living her best life. ]

Mm! Delicious! The filling tastes so good with the cheese and peppers.

[ nom nom nom nom nom ]

[He opens his as well, taking a second to get a good whiff of the delicious aroma coming off of his own pasty. Though he doesn't dig into it with as much fervor as Yoimiya, he takes a good bite and savors it. Definitely not bad. He has to agree with her on the taste here.]

And give you an opportunity to taste this twice not only all over yourself, but me as well? Not a chance.

[He snorts in amusement, taking another bite of his pasty before washing it down with the pineapple soda. Man, this is another reason why he likes festivals so much. Delicious food you can't normally get anywhere else.

Tartaglia begins to lead her away from the stall though- the can walk and eat while they go and check out more stuff. There's a section of the booths he hasn't gone towards yet, and no stone should be left unturned when it comes to a culture festival.]

[ Still noming away, chirpy noises of content slip out as she savors each and every bite. So good... the spice of the jalapeno in tandem with the cheese packs a flavorful punch. She washes it down with the sweet pineapple soda and lets out a satisfied sigh. Ajax's cooking is the absolute best but festival food is still nothing short of amazing, trying dishes they normally don't have in back home in Teyvat has been one of the highlights of living in Ellipsa.

She's having the time of her life but then, that snort earns him a blonde hamster puffing out her cheeks at him. ]

Well! [ HUFFS ] That's okay, I'll be perfectly fine and able to walk on my own. I don't need you to carry me anyway.

[ Naganohara Yoimiya is a strong independent woman who don't need no man to carry her. Because now, her competitive streak is burning with determination to prove him wrong. She manages to slow down on her noms, just to prove she won't be puking on him!! As always, she feels the need to be competitive with him LOL.

Once they turn the corner to explore the booths, she's a little less huffy while admiring all the wares. There are stalls filled to the brim with cute plushies, homemade jewelry, and what looks like... comic books? ]

Hahahaha, alright- but don't say I didn't warn you.

[He hadn't meant for his teasing to actually get her to slow down while eating, but he won't poo poo it. Besides, what he really got was to get her to be all huffy and defiant with him- it's kind of adorable and he won't lie to himself about it.

But that's all forgotten now that they've discovered more booths that haven't been explored yet, with Childe getting pulled over to the jewelry that immediately catches his eye. Some of the earrings are really nice, and he can already spot a necklace he'd definitely enjoy for some of his outfits. Tartaglia's chewing thoughtfully on another bite of his pasty, wondering if the person running the booth has matching jewelry for both himself and Yoimiya...sounds cute to him.

What he doesn't notice is the "comic books" in another section of the booths, clearly marked for adults only...]

Hey, Yoimiya, I want to check some of this jewelry out, so don't wait up for me, okay? Come get me if you find something you like, though.

Okay! I'll be over here checking out these stalls. Take your time!

[ Without missing a beat, she immediately makes a beeline to the plush booth, the cute fuzzy critters caught her eye a mile away and she's been dying to see them up close. They're all so adorable with their black dot eyes and round shapes, it's so tempting to take all of them home. But eventually, she settles on a plush goldfish keychain for herself and a narwhal for Ajax. Matching keychains with him sounds too cute to pass up.

Now with her purchase tucked away in a paper bag, she heads over to the "comic book" stall next, failing to notice the adults only sign. Some of the compromising covers raise alarm bells in her head but it's only when she notices her boyfriend on a few of them that really gets those alarm bells ringing.

Can this possibly fit? What a strange title but at this point, she's gotta know. And so, she picks up one of the books and begins reading.

In the span of 0.5 seconds, Yoimiya's jaw is practically on the ground at what she's reading. WHY IS THERE PORN OF HER BOYFRIEND??? AND HOW DID THEY ACCURATELY DRAW HIS DICK???? ]

[While she picks up the matching keychains, he's buying a new earring for himself and a pair of matching necklaces for the both of them to surprise her with. When she disappears into the comic book section, he discreetly buys the jewelry, thanking the owner of the booth before making his way back to find Yoimiya.

The problem is, he'd run into Jinwoo earlier in the day...and recognizes the R-18 warning posted before walking back there. Tartaglia stops dead in his tracks, eyes widening with fear to see there's yet another booth that's selling some unsavory stuff. He hopes that what's over here doesn't have any of him, and he gulps as he proceeds back into the section.

It doesn't take too long to see Yoimiya bent over one such book, looking like she's reading it with a focused intent, and Childe can feel himself start to sweat. It doesn't even bother him that she's looking at what he knows is porn, he's more worried about having to explain to her why such porn of him exists. How could he possibly explain it to her? He doesn't even understand it himself.

Please don't be of me, please don't be of me...]

H-Hey, Yoimiya, whatcha got there?

[ From behind her, she hears the voice of the man, the myth, the legend, the star of these R-18 doujins, himself.
